Die Odenwälder Marzipankonditorei wurde im Jahre 1977 von
Konditormeister Gerd Zuber gegründet. Damals wurden die ersten Ideen
noch am heimischen Küchentisch umgesetzt. Inzwischen sind Katrin Zuber
und Thomas Zuber, die zweite Generation, in den Geschäftsbetrieb
integriert. Beheimatet ist die Edel-Marzipan-Manufaktur in Weilbach bei
Amorbach am Rande des malerischen Odenwalds, dem die Firma ihren Namen
verdankt.
The Odenwälder Marzipan
Confectionery was founded in 1977 by master confectioner Gerd Zuber. At
that time, the first ideas were still being implemented at the kitchen
table at home. Katrin Zuber and Thomas Zuber, the second generation, are
now involved in the business. The fine marzipan manufacturer is based
in Weilbach near Amorbach on the edge of the picturesque Odenwald
forest, from which the company takes its name.
